I. Equipment use and structure: The mold preheating furnace is mainly used for preheating aluminum alloy and copper alloy iron tires. It adopts electric resistance or natural gas (non-hot air) heating trolley type. 1. Furnace lining: The furnace lining adopts a full-aluminum silicate refractory fiber needle-punched blanket with excellent heat insulation performance, and is combined into a full-fiber lining through special construction. The refractory fiber has a temperature resistance rating of ≤600 °C.
The furnace body with full refractory fiber structure has excellent energy-saving performance. Compared with the same size of the brick resistance furnace, energy saving is about 30%, and the heating rate is doubled.
The full refractory fiber structure has good thermal shock resistance, resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heat, and full fiber bonding technology, which is sturdy and durable, and there is no fear of fiber shedding, and the service life is longer than that of the brick body.
The lining is very convenient to repair. If it is damaged by mechanical collision, it can be used as long as it is partially repaired. The lining also has the characteristics of simple installation and short construction time.
